at Myjewelz.com shall be open to returns within 15 days, if
you are not happy with the product. |

| Myjewelz
will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping,
handling insurance and re-stocking charges. |

| The
re-stocking charges will be as follows- |

| 1)Value
of the product up to and including 300 US$ -
10% |

| 2)Value
of the product above $301 up to and including 500 US$ -15% |
| 3)Value
of the product above $501 - 20% |

| However,
Myjewelz will refund 100% amount if there
is any manufacturing defect found. |

| You
may be asked to deliver the product back to us or our local
agents as per our convenience. |

| Custom
or special orders, personalized and engraved items cannot
be resized, returned for a refund or exchanged unless there
is a manufacturing defect at our end. |

| Please
follow this simple procedure for refund- |
| |
| 1.
Collect the return coupon number from the MYJEWELZ by separate
mail , phone or fax . |
| 2.
Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials,including
the diamond certificate if appropriate, in a plainly wrapped
cardboard box (the post office has these available if you
do not). |
3.
Send the package by international courier, as this is the
safest way to ship high-value items. For your
protection, please insure the package for the full amount of
the invoice plus shipping charges. Myjewelz is not responsible for items lost
or damaged while shipping . We shall also not pay any customs
duty/VAT if at all to be paid while returning the product.
We will refund the amount only after safe receipt
confirmation of goods at our premises in India. any loss
/damage in transit will be sole responsibility of the
return sender. |
4.
Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the
package in the return area. Please
be careful: You should NOT write Myjewelz, jewelry, diamonds
or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as
this invites possible theft of the package. |

Returns are simple, but are subject to certain rules: |

Packages without a return coupon number will not be accepted
for refund.
The item MUST be received
at Myjewelz WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) DAYS for the refund. Any
items received after this period will not be accepted for
refund.

Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was
sent, unworn and undamaged. Damaged goods due to client negligence
will not be accepted for refund. Special orders are not
refunded.
The original Myjewelz security
packing must still be with the item in order for refunds
to be processed. Myjewelz will not process the refund otherwise.This
policy does not cover custom products and only products with
Myjewelz code will be accepted back.

you received a gift that was purchased at Myjewelz and wish
to return it, please mention the coupon number on the Myjewelz
address label. As with any purchase, the gift recipient can
return the item for exchange. However, if you wish to return
the gift for a refund, please note that the refund will be
issued to the gift purchaser and not the recipient. We do
not offer Gift Certificates at this time. |
