Force Majeure :

Neither of the sides, shall be responsible for any delays, losses or damages by reason of Force Majeure conditions which could include, but not limited to, disputes, strikes, lock outs, riots, mobs, fires, floods, wars, embargoes, regulations or orders of any Governmental Agency OR any other circumstances beyond the control of any of the sides.

Disputes / Arbitration :

All disputes arising, out or in connection with this agreement, which cannot be settled by the parties through negotiations in good faith, shall be finally settled by arbitration to be held in MUMBAI (India ) jurisdiction only. The arbitration language shall be English. The award to be rendered shall be final and binding upon all the parties without any right.

Intellectual property rights :

It is mutually agreed that neither Buyer nor the supplier have the intention to infringe any existing or any future patent , trade mark or intellectual property rights or right of any third party by using this website and any part thereof.

Confidential Information :

All the information, images, and jewellery descriptions that the buyer shall provide to MYJEWELZ during the term of this Agreement remain the sole property of MYJEWELZ to use in any way as required by MYJEWELZ. It is explicitly understood, that any design in any digital format or hard copy,sent by any method, being email, fax, courier, or otherwise by the buyer shall not be infringing on any intellectual property rights and shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer .

MYJEWELZ shall be deemed to be the owner of this information and undertakes to not repeat the design given in by the buyer, and executed upon, to any other buyer .

This shall not be binding to any Information which is already in the possession of MYJEWLZ at the time of submission by Buyer.
