Gifting: it is different from shopping:

We understand that gifting is very different from shopping. As a customer, you will never really see the product that you are paying for. It is all the more important that we, as your service providers, ensure that an excellent quality product is delivered to your recipient, and that too in a timely manner.

Scanned acknowledgement/Sending a message with your gift: Every gift has a price. A handwritten thank you note from home is however priceless.

Each and every gift item passes through our quality check system. Before a package leaves our office, it is quality certified. The gift items are packaged in an attractive MYJEWELZ box. Your personalized message (which you can send to us along with your order), is printed and put in an envelope which is then put in the gift box.

Telephone number of recipient: We encourage you to give us the telephone number of the recipient. This will help us to verify the address in case it is found to be incomplete. The communication has to be in English.

Sending items to multiple recipients: Items selected in one shopping cart can be sent to one address. If you need to send gifts to different recipients, you need to checkout and select the items for the next recipient.
